Securing E-mail Access on Mobile Devices: Access to email data is only provided through trusted and managed devices.

Secondary Authentication Mechanism for Mobile Devices: A unique Device ID and user credentials (username/password combination) associated with devices on the secure list are used to access email data.

Compliance with Regulations: Ensures compliance with security regulations such as ISO/IEC 27001, the Office of Digital Transformation's Information Security Guidance and NIST regulations for secondary authentication requirements for email access.

Easy Integration: The D2M application can be easily integrated without the need to change your existing environment by installing it on a separate server.

Device Security and Data Protection: In the event of device theft or loss, users can block data transfer to the device through the D2M portal.

Reporting: With Device2Mail, you can view, list or organize your trusted devices. Device reports can be generated at enterprise level.

ARKSOFT has developed and implemented D2M, which is a domestically developed software solution utilizing local resources, located in Hacettepe Teknokent. D2M enables access to email data only through trusted and managed devices on mobile platforms. This prevents unauthorized access to corporate data in case of password theft. • It allows users to authenticate their own devices via the ActiveSync protocol. • It operates in conjunction with Active Directory. • In the event of device theft, it prevents data transmission to the stolen device.
