It is the management service of the endpoint detection and response (EDR) tool within the institution. Within the scope of this service, all attacks detected by the endpoint detection and response tool are examined and, if necessary, in-depth analysis studies are carried out on the endpoint to detail the attack. Taking (determining?) and implementing the necessary action steps in order to eliminate the detected attack and not be exposed to similar attacks again are also included in the scope of this service. In order for the endpoint detection and response tool to catch current attacks, rule development and improvement studies are carried out continuously. In addition, maintenance and support services of the endpoint detection and response tool are also provided within this scope.
