In block cipher algorithms, firstly, from which cycle the algorithm provides randomness will be tested. Then, the number of active S-boxes will be determined and the number of cycles that the algorithm is resistant to linear, differential and impossible differential attack will be determined theoretically with the help of XOR and LAT tables.
