Within the scope of our SOAR Services, we offer our customers Architectural Design, Installation-Maintenance-Operation, On-Site or Remote qualified human resource positioning and Health check services. At this point, we continue to work with IBM's leading Resilient product in our SOAR services. SOAR product installation service; Preparation and Setup after pre-analysis of the project; Integration; Bedside Book Applications; Includes Custom Development and Transition to Live Steps. During the integration process, the log flow and requested security products are provided to SOAR by providing SOAR integration. Playbook applications / workflows are configured on SOAR. SOAR maintenance service includes response to potential errors and failures in the IRP systems platform and Circuits components. It also includes once a year system updates and administrative use of the IBM Resilient System. 5x9 remote / on-site maintenance service is provided to the customer when necessary.
