Preparation and Assistance includes stages like; formation of the Project Team and Delegations required for SIEM; Creating Conceptual Design; Control of Infrastructure Requirements with Conceptual Design; Presentation and Acceptance of Design. In Logsource and Integration process, all log inventory is prepared and the log sources that need to be logged within the scope of customer compliance and obligations are provided with SIEM integration. Third step of installation includes Correlation that the rules to be communicated by the customer are started to be written on SIEM. Following the completion of all phases, the system goes live and the Project Acceptance and Closing Meeting is held. SIEM maintenance service includes on-site maintenance support and / or remote maintenanance support.
