The Database Operations Center is a service designed to ensure that database systems are managed in a planned and controlled manner. The expert database team performs updates in a controlled way, prepares for periods of increased workload, and provides operational support. The service includes periodic health checks, version updates, parameter optimization, backups, slow query detection, installation and updates of third-party tools, disaster recovery drills, system monitoring, and monthly reporting.
