The aim of the training is to provide information on the Internet-based out-of-service attacks (DoS, DDoS) and to gain competence in protection methods. Internet infrastructure and design problems, internet protocols and weaknesses, concepts related to DDoS (DoS, DDoS, botnets, fastflux, flood, bandwidth), OSI and TCP / IP layer DDoS attack types, DDoS attack tools and simulation, DDoS blocking products, operating system and application hardening, DDoS attack analysis are covered topics.
