The main task of the Personal Data Protection Law, which is the most important title in the field of the European Union Acquis Harmonization Studies carried out in our country, is to ensure the security of the storage environments of the processed data. With the millennium, the interactive world that encompasses all areas of our lives, while pushing the limits of data processing speeds and storing a large number of high-quality data, also brings with it an obligation to ensure the security of every data processed. With the entry of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 into our lives, the ability of cloud-based server systems and algorithmic applications to access different social layers in data processing has reached the maximum level, and this has been the beginning of the era of unlimited interaction that touches the entire population of the world. Meeting the security needs brought by all these virtualization processes, although it develops in proportion to the speed of data processing, has led to the need to take additional measures for organizations that process sensitive personal data or are obliged to protect their trade secrets. The Legislator and the Institutions responsible for implementing this law have emphasized the importance of these measures by listing the measures that must be taken to ensure the security condition, which is required at the beginning of the basic requirements for the execution of all data processing processes.
