Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster continues to bring its members together with our Public Institutions.
Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster is working to strengthen the local and national cyber security ecosystem by bringing its members together with public institutions. These meetings aim to provide local solutions to the cyber security needs of both the public and private sectors and to increase Türkiye's independence in the field of cyber security.
The 39th Public Cyber Security Day event was held by the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster at the State Supply Office on July 31, 2025!
Hamza Aytaç DOĞANAY, Lecturer at Ankara University, Chief of Police and Founder of Doğanay Cyber Security Technologies Company "The First 6 Hours in the Time of Cyber Crisis: How Should Cyber Intervention Be Step by Step in Public Institutions?" He made a presentation on the subject. Mr. DOĞANAY in his presentation;
- Cyber attacks and loss of access to data in information systems may be possible cyber crises,
- The importance of the exercise to be ready for cyber attacks,
- When it comes to data recovery, the first intervention must be made by correct and expert people,
- Actions to be taken in the first 6 hours when a cyber crisis occurs,
- Mistakes and rights made in cyber crises,
- He mentioned the importance of Forensic Information, which he defines as the backbone of cyber security, and that the Blue Team aspects of SOME teams in this context should be developed with audited content training.
🔸 Veriskop, a Strategic Data Security and Compliance Platform for Public Institutions;
Introduced Data Discovery, Data Classification, Data Labeling, Dynamic and Static Masking, Access Control and Activity Tracking and Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) products
At the Public Cyber Security Day event, Veriskop introduced its Artificial Intelligence-Powered Unified Data Security and Compliance Platform, which offers a new approach in data security, legal compliance and digital accountability. At the event attended by senior managers and decision makers of public institutions, the strategic advantages that the platform provides to institutions were highlighted.
The platform offered by Veriskop; It is positioned not only as a technical solution, but also as a tool for institutions to reduce risk, ensure sustainability of compliance, data-based transparent management and reinforce citizen trust. In this way, public institutions can not only protect data but also actively fulfill the principle of legal accountability.
Instead of turning compliance with KVKK, GDPR, BTK, BRSA, Presidential Cyber Security Directorate and similar regulations into an operational burden, the platform automates this process, reducing regulatory risks and offering a transparent data management model that is ready for audits. Thus, institutions can respond to the expectations of both regulators and citizens at the same time.
Veriskop's solution can be quickly integrated into existing IT infrastructures and provides high impact with a simple management interface, without interrupting internal processes. Thanks to control panels designed for administrators, security and compliance status can be constantly monitored at a strategic level.
The Veriskop team puts digitalization of public trust at the center of the solution. Transparency tools that provide citizens with control over their data are becoming one of the most effective ways for institutions to fulfill their data responsibility. This approach directly contributes to the digital state vision.
Speaking at the event, Veriskop General Manager Fatih Sarı said, "Veriskop continues to contribute to the digital transformation goals of public institutions with a compatible and sustainable security vision, with domestic technology and strategic R&D investments. Public institutions are now expected not only to protect data, but also to manage access to data in a transparent and auditable manner. Veriskop digitalizes, simplifies, and offers a trust-based infrastructure."
🔸 Priente Software; Guardpot (HoneyPot, Cyber Trap and Infrastructure Security) and Allarmia (Alarm and Automation monitoring Platform, System and Network monitoring and monitoring) Introduced New Generation Cyber Security Architectures with its products
At the Cyber Security Awareness Day event, Priente Software introduced its two leading solutions, Guardpot – Cyber Trap and Threat Intelligence Platform – and Allarmia – Central Alarm Management and Automation System – to senior managers of public institutions and cyber security experts. At the event, an innovative perspective on the impact of honeypot solutions, threat hunting, incident response automation and alarm management processes was presented.
Priente Software Founder Numan SEİS, who made the opening presentation of the event, stated that Guardpot is equipped with advanced threat traps and behavioral analysis that go beyond classical honeypot structures. Stating that Guardpot goes far beyond classical honeypot structures, he stated that the product is equipped with capabilities such as advanced MITER ATT&CK-based threat detection, behavior analysis, IOC (Indicator of Compromise) database creation and inter-network segment health monitoring via secure link infrastructure.
He also emphasized that Guardpot provides anonymous identity with its VGN (Virtual Guarded Network) architecture and multi-hop VPN structure. He stated that, thanks to the platform's low-effort integration into corporate infrastructures, it provides cyber security teams with instant threat visibility, high-accuracy alert generation and centralized monitoring.
Speaking in the second part of the event, Technology Leader İsmail Onur EMRE introduced the new generation alarm management platform Allarmia to the participants. Emre stated that Allarmia analyzes and makes sense of alarms collected from different sources (firewall, EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, application logs, etc.) and thus significantly reduces alarm fatigue. He stated that thanks to the multiple types of playbooks prepared in a flexible structure offered by the product, actions appropriate to the alarm type and source can be taken automatically.
It was also pointed out that as a result of these actions, notifications can be sent to security teams through multiple channels such as e-mail, SMS, Slack, Discord, Voice Search integrations, and incident tracking can be carried out in a centralized manner. Emre said that Allarmia is not just an alarm display tool; He stated that it is positioned as an integrated platform that automates incident response processes and provides support to the decision process.
Working together, Guardpot and Allarmia offer organizations end-to-end threat detection, behavior analysis, alarm consolidation and automatic response capabilities under one roof. Participants had the opportunity to closely experience the technical depth and ease of use of both products with live demos and user scenarios held during the event.
Priente Software aims to continue developing solutions that make a difference in the domestic and global markets by increasing its R&D investments. It aims to popularize a security approach that enables organizations not only to detect threats, but also to respond to these threats proactively and automatically.
