THE 13TH PUBLIC CYBER SECURITY DAY EVENT WAS HELD

The 13th Public Cyber Security Day Event was organized by the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster at the House of Provinces.

The event, which is held every month with the aim of popularizing the use of local and national cyber security products in the public sector, started with the presentation of Zeynep Nida Özdemir, Head of Information Security Department of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. In his presentation, Özdemir shared his experiences with domestic and national cyber security products at the PoC stage and currently purchased and used with decision makers in other public institutions. It was stated that thanks to its hyperconverged architecture, it provides a safe and high-performance solution to data storage needs without the need for any traditional disk unit, allowing the use of thousands of machines on BuluthanVDI without the need for any virtualization layer. In addition, with its active/actively growing structure, backup system and disaster recovery system without the need for any license; It allows you to access virtual machines safely and quickly from anywhere without the need for a VPN license. In addition, thanks to the integrated firewall feature at the Layer2 level, communication between machines in the same VLAN can be easily prevented and was stated as a prominent solution.
