THE 41st PUBLIC CYBER SECURITY DAY EVENT WAS HELD

Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster continues to bring its members together with our Public Institutions.

Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster is working to strengthen the local and national cyber security ecosystem by bringing its members together with public institutions. These meetings aim to provide local solutions to the cyber security needs of both the public and private sectors and to increase Türkiye's independence in the field of cyber security.

The 41st Public Cyber Security Day event was held by the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster at the State Supply Office on October 30, 2025!

🔸 SecHard Introduced its Cyber Hygiene Platform on Public Cyber Security Day

SecHard came together with senior managers of public institutions and information security professionals at the Public Cyber Security Day event and introduced the Cyber Hygiene Platform it developed. The platform attracted attention with its comprehensive features that make institutions' cyber security processes more visible, measurable and sustainable.

SecHard CEO Serkan Akcan and Ahmet Öztoprak VP of Sales, MEA & APAC attended the event. In the presentations, the operational conveniences provided by the platform to public institutions, risk management advantages and the importance of cyber hygiene were emphasized. Participants received detailed information about how the platform facilitates security processes thanks to its modern architecture that provides fast and seamless integration into corporate infrastructures.

The Cyber Hygiene Platform allows institutions to identify their digital assets, detect vulnerabilities, and take action by prioritizing risks. Compliance tracking, auto-remediation and comprehensive reporting features reduce the workload of security teams and offer fast and effective intervention.

SecHard CEO Serkan Akcan stated the following in his statement at the event:

"Cyber hygiene is not just a technical necessity, but a critical element that ensures the sustainability of institutions. Our platform aims to transform security from a procedure to a culture by standardizing security processes."

With the live demo held within the scope of the event, the platform's features such as automatic asset discovery, risk scoring, compliance management and threat prioritization were demonstrated in practice. Participants had the opportunity to observe that the solution offers the advantage of real-time visibility and fast action, beyond traditional approaches.

SecHard aims to increase the security level of institutions and create a measurable and sustainable security culture by using its expertise in cyber hygiene. The company continues to increase its R&D investments in this direction and increase its visibility in both the local and global markets.

🔸 Argus Technology Introduced its Local Solutions on Public Cyber Security Day

Burak Demirsoy, the founder of Argus Technology, introduced local and national solutions that strengthen the digital transformation processes of institutions and advance their cyber security architectures to senior managers of public institutions and cyber security experts at the Public Cyber Security Day event. At the event, the capabilities of PROMISE SUPER APP, DevO, ARON and MyD products were highlighted.

PROMISE SUPER APP: New Generation Orchestration in Artificial Intelligence Supported Process Management

It was stated that PROMISE SUPER APP is an Artificial Intelligence Supported Process and Automation Management System (Orchestration Infrastructure) that aims to increase the operational efficiency and agility of institutions. It was stated that the platform allows institutions to manage business processes, automation flows and regulatory compliance (GDPR/KVKK) requirements from a single center.

The following information was shared about the capabilities offered by PROMISE SUPER APP:

•Process Modeling and Management: It was stated that complex business processes can be easily modeled with visual BPMN diagrams.

•Smart Form and Automation: It was stated that data collection is automated with Dynamic Forms that do not require coding, and form rules and business logic are managed without coding.

•Digital Copy and Test: It was said that digital copies of processes can be created and tested in a virtual environment with Digital Twin technology.

•Secure Integration and Legal Validity: It was stated that it offers critical integrations such as Active Directory, LDAP and SAML 2.0 in identity and access verification processes. It was also emphasized that digital signing, timestamp and verification transactions can be carried out securely and with legal validity with S-Sign technology.

Critical Cyber Security Solutions: DevO, ARON and MyD

In addition to PROMISE, other critical products of Argus Technology that strengthen the cyber security posture of institutions were also introduced.

•DevO - DevSecOps Management System: It was stated that this platform, which stands out with the slogan "One-Man Giant Staff", is a structural unit that is responsible for providing institutions' applications and services to customers in the shortest time and at high speed. It was stated that this building unit automatically detects errors in software development processes, automatically warns relevant users, and contributes to the existing pool by correcting simple code errors when necessary.

•ARON- Anonymous Connection Management System: It was stated that it is a domestic and national network security software service platform (Network SaaS) for preventing cyber threats and network communication security. It was stated that the product provides a secure connection with AES 256 bit encryption support and makes it possible to de-identify connections on the network (hiding real identities).

•MyD - Central Security Verification and Identity Management System: It was stated that in this system, the accuracy of the transactions made by the users is guaranteed, the identity of the user is determined and the S-Sign method is used. In addition, it was explained that the system creates behavioral profiles of both users and relevant devices with three separate artificial intelligence models, and in case of any incompatibility (Anomaly Detection), it transmits notifications with the decision support module and, when necessary, access to the relevant network, device or user is blocked.
