Between 6 and 14 September 2025, in Uzbekistan, VI. Phase 2 Training Program was carried out successfully. With this program, these trainings were organized for the sixth time in the region.
The main concept of the training was determined as "New Generation Technologies". Following the Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security session on the first day, theoretical and practical presentations titled Current Cyber Threats, Cyber Manipulations and Social Engineering were held on the second day. In the afternoon, upon popular demand from the participants, the issue of malware, which is of critical importance in social engineering attacks, was discussed.
Within the scope of the program, participants were provided with purely technical and practical training such as laboratory environment setups, live case analyzes and examination of sample malware coming from public institutions. Malware analyzes carried out with the contribution of Bekir Kaya attracted great attention from the participants.
In the following days, Blockchain Security became one of the prominent topics. Blockchain structure, hashing vulnerabilities, attack techniques and code reviews of the Top 20 blockchain vulnerabilities were covered with live simulations. Participants had the opportunity to identify security vulnerabilities and produce solutions through applied studies carried out in Solidity language on Remix IDE.
Throughout the program, the knowledge level of the participants was increased with interactive sessions, technical drawings on the whiteboard on firewall configurations, and question and answer sections. The feedback received from the participants was very positive due to the practical intensity and up-to-date content of the trainings.
Information Technical Center Manager and TIKA Office Coordinator attended the certificate ceremony held at the end of the training program. In the speeches made at the ceremony, it was emphasized that such training strengthens the cooperation between the two countries and makes significant contributions to the cyber security capacity in the region.
