Demand for domestic secure messaging applications developed by Turkish Cyber Security Cluster member companies has increased!
Recently, the update of Whatsapp terms of use and privacy policies and the new privacy agreement sent to users by Whatsapp and the request for consent from users so that their personal data can be collected, processed and used have also activated local messaging applications. The information that users' WhatsApp accounts will be closed if the new privacy agreement is not signed by February 8 has suddenly brought alternative messaging applications to WhatsApp to the agenda.

In this context, Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster stated that this is the right time to give opportunities to domestic products in secure messaging and to transition to domestic secure messaging applications. It was stated that in order for our country's data to remain in our country, individual users and institutions should be given the opportunity to use secure messaging applications developed by Turkish Cyber Security Cluster member companies in order to switch to domestic products.
