4th International Cyber Warfare and Security Conference, T.R. It was held at Congresium Ankara on 20-21 November 2019 by the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster, under the auspices of the Presidency of Defense Industries.
The Opening Speech of the conference, which took place for 2 days with the participation of nearly 2000 cyber security experts and interested parties from 40 countries, was made by T.R. President of the Presidency of Defense Industries, Mr. Prof. Dr. It was made by İsmail DEMİR.
Stating that the world should cooperate against cyber attacks and attacks, DEMİR said, "We are trying to create this awareness. Our aim is to create human resources and software. You see that important institutions are in danger. We are developing technologies to protect the security of any nation and our nation. We cooperate with civil society and other countries. I recommend you to make maximum use of this conference so that they can promote their products with the members of our clusters."
After Prof. Dr. İsmail DEMİR made the opening speech of the conference, he visited the stands and received information about the products and services of local companies.
At the Conference, where local and foreign Cyber Security experts shared their knowledge and experience on topics such as Cyber Wars in the Digital Age, Cyber Security in Weapon Systems, Road Map in Cyber Security Technologies, 40 companies that are members of the Cyber Security Cluster took part in their stands and exhibited their products and services.
Participating in the second day of the conference, T.R. Head of the Presidential Digital Transformation Office, Mr. Dr. In his speech, Ali Taha KOÇ focused on new generation technologies that can change the course of wars in cyber warfare and security and the precautions that should be taken in this regard.
Held for the 4th time this year, "How to Become a Global Player in Cyber Security?" The conference, which was held with the theme, was attended by the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Mr. Mehmet Fatih KACIR, SSB Vice President Mr. Celal Sami TÜFEKÇİ, Deputy Head of Digital Transformation Office Mr. Yavuz Emir BEYRIBEY and METU Northern Cyprus Campus Rector Mr. Prof.Dr. It also hosted 4 panels moderated by Nazife BAYKAL. Panels on "Cyber Security in the Digital Age", "Ways to Reach the Global Market", "Cooperation with International Companies" and "Women in the Cyber Security Sector" attracted great attention from the participants.
During the conference, cooperation agreements were signed between Pakistan Air Force University and Cyber Security Malaysia and the Presidency of Defense Industries.
