Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster is working to strengthen the local and national cyber security ecosystem by bringing its members together with public institutions. These meetings aim to provide local solutions to the cyber security needs of both the public and private sectors and to increase Türkiye's independence in the field of cyber security.

BTYÖN Technology Introduced the GRC Platform for the Public with Optimate Solutions

In the special session held with the participation of public officials, BTYÖN Technology made a comprehensive presentation of its domestic software Optimate Solutions, which enables institutions to manage their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes end-to-end. During the event, the added value provided by the platform developed for the increasing regulation, audit and risk management needs of public institutions was explained in detail. In the presentation, it was emphasized that Optimate Solutions can manage the compliance processes of institutions in a centralized and sustainable manner, thanks to its structure that is fully compatible with ISO 27001, KVKK, NIST CSF and similar national and international standards. It was stated that thanks to the modular architecture of the platform, risk management, internal audit, action tracking, asset management and policy processes can be gathered under a single roof. In the technical explanation section, it was shown that thanks to Optimate Solutions' user-friendly interface and no-code infrastructure, institutions can design processes specific to their needs quickly and flexibly. In addition, it was explained with example scenarios that the automation capabilities offered by the platform increase operational efficiency by reducing manual workload and provide transparency in audit processes. He pointed out the dispersed data structure, manual tracking processes and compliance risks encountered in institutions and stated that Optimate Solutions eliminates these problems with central data management and real-time reporting capability. It was stated that thanks to the advanced dashboard and reporting features offered by the platform, instant and accurate decision support mechanisms were created for senior management. Within the scope of the event, the critical role of GRC processes in the digital transformation journeys of institutions was touched upon and it was emphasized that Optimate Solutions offers a common language and management platform for both technical teams and senior management.
