Sector Meetings - Defense Industry Event, organized under the coordination of the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster, was successfully held in Ankara TOBB on 30-31 March 2026. The event brought together the leading stakeholders of the defense industry and the cyber security ecosystem, contributing to the protection of critical infrastructures and ensuring safe digital transformation with domestic solutions.
The first day of the program started with the opening speeches. At the opening;

Addressing the participants, he evaluated the strategic importance of cyber security in the defense industry, the increasing threat environment and the necessity of developing local-national solutions.
Following the opening speeches, TR Test and Evaluation Inc. A presentation titled "Cyber Hygiene Certification: From Minimum Security in the Supply Chain to Corporate Maturity" was made by Mr. Mustafa YILMAZ on behalf of the company. In the presentation, the importance of standards and certification processes in ensuring supply chain security was emphasized and approaches to increase the cyber maturity levels of institutions were shared.
The first day program continued with B2B meetings held after the opening sessions.

After the opening speeches on the second day, the program continued with direct B2B meetings. Within the scope of the two-day event; A total of 1100 job interviews were held between 62 cyber security companies and 40 defense industry companies.
This comprehensive interaction paved the way for the establishment of strong collaborations between the defense industry and domestic cyber security companies, and made a significant contribution to taking strategic steps that will increase the digital security of the sector.
