THE 49TH PUBLIC CYBER SECURITY DAY EVENT WAS HELD

Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster continues to bring its members together with public institutions.

Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster continues its efforts to strengthen the local and national cyber security ecosystem by bringing its members together with public institutions. These meetings aim to provide local solutions to the cyber security needs of both the public and private sectors and to increase Turkey's independence in the field of cyber security.

The 48th Public Cyber Security Day Event was held by the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster at the State Supply Office on June 30, 2026.

LOGALARM STARTS A REVOLUTION IN THE SIEM WORLD WITH ITS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND NEW GENERATION ARCHITECTURE

In today's world, where cyber security is no longer a choice but a matter of national survival, the role of domestic technology manufacturers is of critical importance. The developed Logalarm SIEM v2 blends performance, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, introducing security operations to a new generation architecture and setting a new standard in the cyber world. This platform, developed with 100% domestic technology, stands out as a digital castle that strengthens Turkey's cyber defense capacity while offering strategic independence, contribution to the national technology breakthrough and full control.

One of the key elements that distinguishes Logalarm's stance in the sector from others is that it provides TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) savings of up to 60% and low operating expenses in the license and hardware costs that institutions encounter when carrying out security operations. Unlike older generation systems, v2 has a distributed architecture that utilizes every last drop of hardware. In this way, it becomes possible to achieve much more with the same resources.

While the system offers real-time threat detection with the capacity to process millions of logs per second, it makes threat hunting processes smoother than ever with lightning-fast queries. The platform, which offers a huge "Storage Efficiency" by storing data in 18 times less disk space thanks to advanced compression algorithms, provides 22 times "Write Efficiency" and 2 times "Query Speed" advantage through powerful data that can process millions of logs in seconds on the same hardware.

Logalarm AI: "Forget the Data Schema, Just Say What You Want!"

In order to write a query in traditional SIEM systems, analysts must memorize the exact names of hundreds of different log fields (destination_geo_city_name, source_ip_address, etc.) or get lost among the documents. The artificial intelligence engine in the new approach developed with Logalarm v2 speaks the language of the data instead of the user. When the user simply types what he needs in his own natural language (for example: "Fetch connections to port 443 targeting Ankara."), the system instantly matches the relevant fields in the data set, automatically preparing the most complex queries, parsers, and rules in seconds.

This AI support is revolutionizing business processes; While the adaptation process of a new employee joining the system is reduced to zero, senior analysts can get rid of routine query writing tasks and focus directly on proactive threat hunting.

Uninterrupted Management with Operational Power and Tenancy Manager

With its "Unattended and Independent Updates" feature, Logalarm v2 eliminates the need to wait for manufacturer support or define remote connection authorizations to keep systems up-to-date. Thanks to security-verified digitally signed packages, institutions can deploy the most up-to-date security patches with a single click and zero external dependency, without the need for external expert intervention. On the visual side, in addition to renewed and fully configurable dashboards, the "Current Network Connection Map" is offered, which allows monitoring the traffic on the network like a living organism; Who is connecting to where and how much data is flowing can be monitored on a single screen.

Designed for multi-branch structures, holdings or MSSPs (Managed Security Service Providers), "Tenancy Manager" standardizes the multi-tenancy structure and gives the freedom to manage thousands of sub-units or customers from a single center, in accordance with full isolation and hierarchy rules.

Flexible Architecture: 4 Main Deployment Scenarios Depending on Organization Size

Logalarm SIEM+ solution offers unlimited scalability with four different installation options according to organizations' infrastructure preferences and management models:

• On-Prem Installation: It is a flexible solution that works with Canonical LXD containers and integrated LXC backup mechanisms, containing control-oriented, light and fast service versions on a single server.

• Micro Cloud Setup: LXD Cluster architecture allows multiple servers to be managed centrally via the interface with JuJu Charm integration and JuJu dashboard capabilities; It allows horizontal and vertical scaling with a single command.

• Cloud Native Deployment: Supports modern cloud-native architectures with Docker and Kubernetes integration. Thanks to K8s-based autoscaling (HPA) and Helm Charts version management, the system automatically scales when load increases and performance never becomes bottlenecked.

• Hybrid Installation: Provides both data security and cost optimization by integrating local infrastructure and cloud services. While critical data is processed locally and bandwidth is saved; Huge log storage areas, analytical processes and parser layers requiring high processing power are fed from the unlimited resources of the cloud. Different hierarchical scenarios where the management panel is located locally or in the cloud can be flexibly configured, depending on the needs of the institution.

PEAKUP REDEFINES IDENTITY AND ACCESS SECURITY IN THE PUBLIC WITH PASSGATE AND SIGNandGO SOLUTIONS

As digitalization accelerates in public institutions, the understanding of cyber security goes beyond just protecting networks and systems and turns into a holistic structure that includes user identities, access processes and corporate communication channels. Today, instead of targeting systems directly, attackers try to reach the most critical assets of institutions by exploiting user accounts, credentials and corporate communication processes.

While PEAKUP strengthens the digital identity security of institutions with the PASSGATE and SIGNandGO solutions it has developed, it also offers a new generation approach that addresses operational efficiency and user experience together.

PEAKUP Offers a New Approach to Digital Identity and Access Management in Public Institutions with PASSGATE

In today's world where digital transformation is gaining momentum, one of the most critical security issues facing institutions is the management of user identities and access processes. In an environment where a significant portion of cyber attacks occur through credentials, institutions need to manage not only their systems but also user access in a secure and sustainable manner.

Developed by PEAKUP, PASSGATE stands out as a new generation Identity and Access Management Platform that enables institutions to manage identity, access and password processes on a single platform. Combining self-service password management, profile management and license automation capabilities, the platform both strengthens security and reduces the operational burden of IT teams.

Among the prominent capabilities of PASSGATE is the ability of users to reset passwords and unlock accounts without the need for IT support. Thanks to these capabilities offered via SMS, WhatsApp, web and mobile channels, institutions can reduce password-related support requests by up to 80%. The platform also works integrated with Active Directory, SAP and different corporate directory structures, allowing access processes to be managed in a centralized and controlled manner.

PASSGATE, which offers significant advantages in terms of the accuracy of identity data and sustainability of access management, contributes to keeping user information up-to-date with its profile management module. The License Automation Platform helps organizations manage cost and security risks more effectively by providing central management, optimization and visibility of Microsoft licenses.

PASSGATE today; It is used by many public institutions such as the Competition Authority, İETT, YTB, TOKİ, İSPARK, İGDAŞ, ASAT, MESKİ and ESKİ, as well as institutions from different sectors such as AGT and DP WORLD. With PASSGATE, PEAKUP continues to contribute to digital transformation processes by bringing together the security, operational efficiency and user experience needs of institutions on a single platform.

PEAKUP Strengthens Corporate Communication Security and Central Management with SIGNandGO

In digital working life, e-mail continues to be one of the most common and critical communication channels of organizations. However, the use of different signatures throughout the organization, outdated contact information, incomplete legal texts and uncontrolled content changes can pose significant risks in terms of security and compliance as well as corporate reputation.

Developed by PEAKUP, SIGNandGO stands out as a new generation Mail Signature Management Platform that allows institutions to centrally manage their e-mail signatures. The platform creates standardization and trust in corporate communication by ensuring that all employees' e-mail signatures are created, updated and audited from a single center.

Thanks to the central management approach offered by SIGNandGO, institutions can instantly update contact information, titles, corporate logos, legal texts and mandatory information throughout the organization. Thus, while user-related errors and unauthorized changes are prevented, corporate communication integrity is maintained.

SIGNandGO, which can integrate with Microsoft 365, Exchange and Google Workspace environments, offers signature management options on the client side or server side. Thanks to role-based authorization, central control and auditable structure, institutions make their communication processes more secure and sustainable.

Security in corporate communications is not limited to access control alone; it is also critical that shared information is classified correctly and managed with appropriate security policies. SIGNandGO works integrated with Microsoft Information Protection labels to ensure automatic application of different signature and legal information policies according to data classifications such as Public, Internal, Confidential and Highly Confidential. Thus, organizations can standardize their information security policies without depending on end-user behavior and create an additional layer of control in the sharing processes of sensitive data.

Today, SIGNandGO is used by OYAK, Vakko, TLS Logistics, Milengaz and many institutions from different sectors. PEAKUP continues to support digital transformation processes by bringing together the corporate communication, security, compliance and brand integrity needs of institutions on a single platform with SIGNandGO.

A New Era in the Public Sector with a User-Focused Security Approach

As digital transformation processes accelerate, the security approach of public institutions goes beyond just protecting systems and networks. Today, user identities, access processes and corporate communication channels are among the most critical elements of cyber security.

PEAKUP offers an approach that brings security, user experience and operational efficiency together under the same roof with the PASSGATE and SIGNandGO solutions developed in its R&D center. Thanks to this holistic structure, ranging from identity and access management to corporate communication security, institutions both increase their security levels and strengthen their reputation.

Believing that security should not be a factor that makes the work of users difficult, but rather a structure that facilitates processes and supports corporate efficiency, PEAKUP continues to contribute to the digital transformation and cyber security journey of public institutions with the domestic technologies it develops.
