Within the scope of the Teknofest Istanbul event held at Atatürk Airport on 17-22 September 2019, students were informed at the Presidency of Defense Industries Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster stand to raise cyber security awareness. “Be the Hero of the City!”, which explains the cyber security measures that can be taken individually and provides information about the cyber threats and precautions that critical infrastructures may face. At the event, the students who came to the stand with a model simulating the threats to the systems that control critical infrastructures such as living spaces, train system, energy infrastructure, water and natural gas infrastructure, were asked what is the importance of protecting these systems, what kind of threats can be, and how to take precautions against attacks, how to protect them.
