USOM Department Head Mahmut Esat Yıldırım talked about Turkey's efforts to ensure the cyber security of critical infrastructures in the panel on sharing the experience of the members of the Organization of Turkish States on critical information infrastructure. He gave information about the sectoral and institutional SOME structuring, which is of great importance in protecting the critical infrastructures of our country.
In addition, cooperation proposals of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States to protect critical infrastructures were also brought to the agenda. In this context, the importance of cyber threat intelligence sharing and joint cyber security exercises and training was emphasized. It was emphasized that it is very important for member countries to have common cyber security standards for the rapid detection and elimination of cyber threats against the Turkish States. In this regard, it was stated that, like the cyber security standards prepared by the European Union, the Organization of Turkish States should have separate cyber security standards, taking into account its own reflexes. Finally, it was stated that it may be useful to establish a joint cyber security task force in the future for the rapid detection of cyber crimes.
Participation of the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster
Alpaslan KESİCİ, General Coordinator of Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster, took part as a speaker in the "International Cooperation in the Field of Cyber Security" panel. In his speech, Kesici emphasized the importance of cyber security cooperation between Türkiye and the Members of the Organization of Turkish States (TDT), stating that international cooperation plays a critical role in common defense against cyber threats.
2. What concrete steps would you recommend to strengthen international cooperation in the field of cyber security within the regional framework? He explained his question in the form of items;
1. Establishing a joint cyber security R&D Center and joint development of cyber security products and services
2. Creating a regional threat intelligence sharing platform and sharing it with TDT members.

4. Conducting joint cyber security exercises and simulations
5. Harmonization of Legal and Regulatory frameworks.
6. Ensuring cooperation with international organizations
7. Continuous cooperation with the private sector and academic institutions
8. Organizing regional cyber security conferences and summits
9. Establishing a cyber security fund
Kesici concluded his speech by saying, "As members of the organization of Turkish states, these steps we will take to develop common cyber security products will increase the digital security of our region and contribute to our economic development. By working together, we will become more resistant to cyber threats and create a secure environment in the digital world. This initiative will strengthen the ties between the Turkish states and enable us to achieve a stronger position in the international arena." He concluded with his words.

At the forum, current threats in the field of cyber security and defense mechanisms developed against these threats were discussed. Participants shared their knowledge and experiences in panels on how to develop cyber security policies and strategies, increase cyber security awareness and measures to be taken against cyber attacks.
