In order to ensure quality and cost effectiveness in public IT service procurement, to increase sectoral competence that will enable the IT sector to produce national solutions, and to improve competitiveness in international markets. “Regulation on the Authorization of Participants within the Scope of Public Informatics Service Procurement” has been published. by the Ministry of Industry and Technology Public Informatics Authorization Certificate, Software Authorization Certificate and Penetration Testing Authorization Certificate is regulated. Türkiye's technology ecosystem attracts the attention of technology experts all over the world with its ever-growing capacity. The international talent pool is seen as a resource that our country can benefit from for the technology expertise needed by our technology ecosystem. With the Protocol signed between the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, it is envisaged that the technical evaluation will be made by STB and the work permit application process will be completed within 15 days. Companies can apply for work permits for the personnel they will employ through the referral link at bilgitransferi.sanayi.gov.tr or at ecalismaizni.csgb.gov.tr. This study will contribute to the development of our technology ecosystem and the employment of qualified foreign personnel.
