THE 45TH PUBLIC CYBER SECURITY DAY EVENT WAS HELD

Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster continues to bring its members together with our Public Institutions.

Türkiye Cyber Security Cluster is working to strengthen the local and national cyber security ecosystem by bringing its members together with public institutions. These meetings aim to provide local solutions to the cyber security needs of both the public and private sectors and to increase Türkiye's independence in the field of cyber security.

The 45th Public Cyber Security Day event was held by the Turkish Cyber Security Cluster at the State Supply Office on February 17, 2026!

CYBEREXAM INTRODUCED ITS HUMAN-CENTERED CYBER RESILIENCE APPROACH AT THE CYBER CLUSTER EVENT

At the event organized by the Cyber Cluster, in the presentation made by the founder of CyberExam, it was emphasized that the most critical cyber security problem faced by modern institutions is not the lack of technology, but the lack of human capacity.

“Technology is a tool, process is a road map — but it is trained people who bring real success,” the presentation said. While the message is highlighted; It was pointed out that institutions do not give sufficient strategic priority to human resource development despite their vehicle investments.

Within the scope of the event, it was stated that cyber resilience cannot only be achieved with solutions such as EDR, SIEM or XDR; It was stated that this is possible with teams that interpret these tools correctly, analyze threats in context, and take correct action in times of crisis.

The Human Factor: Ignored Risk

According to the data shared in the presentation, the majority of security breaches are directly related to human error. Phishing attacks, misconfigurations, use of weak passwords and social engineering cases; It reveals the critical role of the human factor, no matter how strong the technological infrastructure is.

It was also pointed out that the cyber security talent gap is growing on a global scale and institutions are having difficulty finding and developing the right human resources. It was stated that this situation poses not only an operational but also a strategic risk.

CyberExam: Human-Centered Cyber Resilience Platform

CyberExam introduced the human-oriented cyber development and evaluation platform it developed within the scope of the event to public and private sector representatives. The basic approach of the platform; It was conveyed as supporting technology investments with human competence and making cyber resilience measurable.

It was emphasized that the platform aims to eliminate the problem of "it is in the CV but not in practice" with its structure that measures practical skills instead of theoretical knowledge.

CyberExam: Measurable and Human-Centered Development Platform

CyberExam introduced its human-centered cyber development and evaluation approach within the scope of the event. The platform is not just a structure that offers education; It was also stated that it is a holistic system that measures talent, monitors development and provides strategic insight to management.

Talent Radar and SOC Hub Modules

Among the modules featured at the event:

Talent Radar provides accurate recruitment and personalized development planning by measuring the practical skills of candidates and employees, not their theoretical knowledge.

SOC Hub, on the other hand, aims to increase the reflex and analysis competencies of analysts with scenarios fed by real threat intelligence, APT emulations and MITER ATT&CK-based fictions.

However, the platform; It was also shared that it offers advanced APT scenarios, threat hunting missions, incident response simulations, red/blue team exercises and application content with high technical depth.

In today's world, where cyber security is no longer a choice but a matter of national survival, the role of domestic technology manufacturers is of critical importance. ePati Cyber ​​Security Inc.
